Summary
Every organization must be strategically aligned in order to perform at the peak of the organization’s potential. This module explains how to align every team and every player so that each goal and every level ladders up to the goals above them, resulting in complete strategic connection from the front to the top of the organization.

Create a compelling and correct Mission, Vision, and Values statement.
Identify the key Objectives that are critical to achieving the Vision.
Choose 1-3 key Objectives and create measurable primary goals for the organization.
Cascade 1-3 strategic goals per team throughout the entire organization that work to accomplish the primary goals.
