    Barbara Singer is the founder, president, and CEO of Executive Core and leads a group of 150+ global professionals whose mission is to accelerate leadership globally.  She is the author of Sparking Leadership and has been researching leadership for 30 years.  In the last 30 years, Barbara has worked with thousands of high-potentials leaders around the globe at critical turning points in their careers.  She is passionate about future trends in learning and has been researching predictors of executive success for nearly two decades.  She has been the corporate liaison on the board of the International Executive MBA council three times made up of business schools from around the world.  She serves on numerous healthcare task forces and promotes women and underserved communities in leadership and higher education.  She is currently helping lead the diversity board for the Executive MBA council. 

    She has conducted research on global influence, how to measure psychological safety, executive awareness, and executive coaching for nearly two decades, and has worked with three of the five largest international executive search firms responsible for placing a large majority of C-suite executives.  She still thinks it’s amazing that she gets paid for what she loves to do.  She has five, yes, five children and a wonderful husband, Bob.

    Dr. Bryan K. Ritchie is the founder of GrowthSPORT and the secret behind the renowned SPORT Peak Performance methodology for business. He’s authored multiple business books, including “Relationship Economics” and the forthcoming “Creating a Culture of Peak Performance: How to communicate and connect an organization’s strategic intent to its day-to-day execution.”

    Bryan is a serial entrepreneur and intellectual property commercialization expert, having been involved in the founding of over 500 companies. When not leading commercialization at the Univ. of Utah, establishing the University of Notre Dame as a major player in the commercialization space, instructing at Michigan State Univ., or serving as a lead investor through his own Atua Ventures, you can find him consulting with some of the most iconic corporations in the United States. Bryan earned his MBA from Brigham Young Univ. and his PhD from Emory University.

    STRATEGIC MARKETING EXPERT

    Matt Koerner is a strategic marketing expert who has worked with over 40 major brands across healthcare, consumer products, NFP’s and entertainment.

    Matt is a 2X founder, a fractional CMO, board advisor, and early-stage investor who’s advised more than a dozen early and series stage companies since 2021; specializing in go-to-market execution, he enjoys working directly with CEO’s to develop scalable marketing operations and to obtain sustainable revenue growth.

    Matt serves GrowthSPORT as a strategic marketing advisor and consultant and is a Visiting Scholar at the Univ. of Notre Dame.

    James Drake

    PEOLE OPERATIONS & TALENT EXPERT

    James Alan Drake is a former CIA Human Resources leader, where he provided talent acquisition, management, and operations expertise for both foreign and domestic operations.

    He has spent the last several years working with a number of start-ups and small businesses, consulting on business model development and on building processes in preparation for scaling.

    James serves GrowthSPORT as the Operations Lead and as a strategic consultant.

 About the Summit

  • Your Peak Performance Mastery Summit experience includes: a two-night stay at the Hotel Park City (Autograph Collection), executive transportation to and from SLC, a personal event ambassador and concierge to help manage your logistics and on-site needs, as well as all meals and refreshments during the event and immediate cohort communication access during and after the event.

    You will also receive a personalized login to our event site where you have access to your personal logistics and event schedule as well as access to our team of experts to consult with during the experience.

  • We ask that all participants arrive in the evening of Wednesday 10/9 in order to be ready for a full immersion day on Thursday 10/10. The event concludes in the afternoon on Friday 10/11 by 3pm.

    Exact and personalized schedules will be available upon application and acceptance to the summit.

  • We encourage you to bring your spouse, significant other, or family members to Park City to enjoy the incredible atmosphere while you attend the summit. Due to the nature of the masterclass and clinic format, attendance to the event will be limited and we cannot accept guest in the event sessions.

  • The total cost of attendance is $15,000. We work with you and your company to accommodate payment schedules as needed. We ask for a commitment up front to secure your place as attendance is limited.

  • While it is your responsibility to book your travel to Salt Lake City (SLC), your executive transportation is included to and from the airport (including executive FBO terminals).

    Upon arrival, executive transportation services will take you and your guests to the hotel in Park City. When you're ready to return to the airport after the event, return transportation will be provided.

  • We've designed the event specifically to enable fast, meaningful learning and coaching. While you work individually, you also benefit from the interpersonal nature of the executive learning format.

    Attendees can expect short lecture, Q&A, individual workshopping with the key presenters, as well as with one another. In this way, we curate attendance and curriculum for the best possible experience.

  • Once you're accepted into the summit cohort, you will have access to the GrowthSPORT team of consultants and subject matter experts to help prepare for your success. The same experts will be in attendance to meet with you and assist in your areas of need throughout, and are your expert lifeline in the key moments of strategic alignment within the curriculum and beyond.

    At the conclusion of the summit, our consultants are available to you in our community channel.

  • We're here to make your arrival, stay and departure as seamless as possible. You'll be assigned a personal event ambassador who will be your main point of contact before and during the experience. They will help you prepare and manage your on-site logistics.

  • As an accepted member of the summit, you'll be invited to be a part of a growing community of executives who utilize the GrowthSPORT framework and who support one another in a professional braintrust and network.

    At the conclusion of the summit you'll have ongoing access to this network as well as our expert consultants within the online community.
